Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse the store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart by clicking the 'Add to Cart' button. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for the details that we need in order to process your order.

We accept major debit and credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside of the UK, orders will be displayed in UK Sterling but will be converted at the current exchange rate to your local currency by your card provider.

We accept Maestro, Switch, Visa and Mastercard.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice.

Shipping And Handling
Items will usually be shipped within 2-5 working days. If items you have ordered are out of stock, we will contact you.

IMPORTANT: Orders placed after the 22nd December 2008 will not be dispatched until 2nd January 2009.

Postage to the UK is charged at £1.99 per order.

The shipping charges for customers outside the UK are as follows:

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
